Yes. Revunario asks for an honest review from every selected customer, with no reward and no filtering. Private feedback comes in addition to the public review and stays open to everyone.

02Do I need technical skills?

No. You add your location and your Google link, then Revunario prepares the review page, the QR code and the short link.

03How are review requests sent?

Email, the QR code and the short link are included in Starter. The Pro and Premium plans add SMS and WhatsApp, with automatic follow-ups on day 2 and day 5.

04Does the AI really write my replies?

Yes. It prepares a draft suited to the rating, the content of the review and the tone of your location. You can read and edit everything before publishing.

05Can I find out where I appear on Google near me?

Yes. Revunario queries Google from 49 points spread around your business, for each keyword you track, and shows a colour coded grid with your average position and how it moves. Tracking is included from the Pro plan.

06What happens when a customer is unhappy?

They can write to you privately from your review page. You get an alert and follow how the problem is handled from the feedback inbox.

07Can I manage several locations?

Yes. The number of locations depends on the plan you choose. A selector lets you switch quickly from one to another.

08Is my data and my customers' data protected?
