01Can I change plan?
Yes. You can move to a higher or a lower plan from your account. The terms that apply are shown before you confirm.
02What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?
Nothing stops as long as you have credits: usage continues on your balance. One credit covers one AI generation or ten emails sent by Revunario. With no credits available, the feature waits until the allowance resets, the following month.
03How do SMS and WhatsApp credits work?
An SMS segment uses from 2 credits, depending on the recipient's country. A long or Unicode SMS may count as several segments. A WhatsApp Business API message uses from 3 credits, depending on country and message type. The exact cost is shown before each send. The free WhatsApp link stays free.
04Can I use my own email server?
Yes. By connecting your SMTP server in the settings, your emails go out from your domain. They are then neither counted against the monthly allowance nor charged in credits.
05How does the free trial work?
You create your account with no credit card and use Revunario for 14 days. You then choose a plan to continue.
06What happens at the end of the trial?
No payment is triggered without a payment method and without your approval. Your setup stays available if you start a subscription later.
07How do I cancel my subscription?
You cancel from your account. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
08Are the prices excluding VAT?
Yes. The prices shown are per month, excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added to the invoice.
09Which payment methods are accepted?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are not stored by Revunario.
10Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is generated for subscriptions and credit purchases, and it stays available in your account.
