Publisher and purpose
Revunario is a service published by O2Code, a SASU (Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle) with a capital of €1 000, SIREN 941 272 577, whose registered office is located at 55 Rue Grignan, 13006 Marseille, France. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website, the application and their features.
Description of the service
Revunario is a platform intended for professionals to collect and centralize customer reviews, manage private feedback, prepare replies assisted by artificial intelligence, track their reputation, create content and connect certain third-party services. The features available depend on the plan subscribed to and on the integrations enabled.
Account creation and security
Access to the private features requires an account. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, enable the security measures offered and promptly inform Revunario of any unauthorized access. Actions carried out from their account are deemed to be performed under their responsibility.
Trial, subscriptions and payment
The terms of the trial, the features, quotas, prices and billing periods are set out on the Pricing page and at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are renewed at the frequency chosen until they are terminated. The prices applicable to professionals are stated exclusive of tax unless otherwise indicated.
Compliant use
Users undertake to use Revunario in accordance with the law, these Terms of Use and the rules of the connected platforms. It is prohibited to use the service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications, to artificially manipulate reviews, to circumvent quotas, to harm a third party, to introduce malicious code or to disrupt the infrastructure.
Customer data and communications
The business user remains responsible for the customer data they import, for the recipients selected, for the content sent and for the legal basis of each communication. They must comply with objection requests, with the rules relating to direct marketing and with the applicable retention periods.
Features assisted by artificial intelligence
The suggestions generated by artificial intelligence constitute an aid to drafting or analysis. Users must check them before use or publication. Revunario does not guarantee that generated content is free of errors, perfectly suited to every situation or compliant without human review.
Third-party services and platforms
Certain features depend on third-party services such as review platforms, social networks, payment methods, sending services or artificial intelligence providers. Their availability, their rules and their interfaces may change independently of Revunario. Users remain subject to those providers' own terms.
Availability and maintenance
O2Code implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, incidents, overload, force majeure or the failure of a provider. The features may change in order to improve the service, its security or its compliance.
Intellectual property
The software, interfaces, trademarks, content, templates, databases and graphic elements of Revunario remain the property of O2Code or of their respective owners. The subscription grants only a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its duration.
Liability
Users are responsible for their choices, campaigns, publications, integrations and data processing. To the extent permitted by law, O2Code is not liable for indirect damage, loss of revenue, loss of data attributable to the user or to a third party, or the consequences of content published without verification.
Suspension and termination
Users may terminate their subscription in accordance with the procedure shown in their workspace. O2Code may suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-payment, a security risk, unlawful use, a serious breach of these Terms of Use or legal necessity. Termination normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, except where an immediate suspension is justified.
Amendment of these Terms of Use
These Terms of Use may be amended to take account of changes in the service, in the plans offered or in the applicable regulations. Substantial changes are brought to the attention of users by appropriate means.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. An amicable solution shall be sought before any proceedings are brought. Subject to the applicable mandatory rules, the courts of Marseille shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
