A simple tool to help local businesses manage their reputation better
Revunario came out of a concrete observation: plenty of good businesses do excellent work but lack the time and the tools to show it online.
Review management should not be reserved for large chains
A Google Business Profile has become an important storefront for a local business. Prospects check the rating, the recent reviews and your replies before they call, book or drop by.
Yet most reputation tools are built for large marketing teams. They take time, configuration and sometimes several subscriptions. That rarely matches the daily reality of an owner or a small team.
Revunario brings the useful tasks together in a single space: requesting reviews, following up with customers, receiving private feedback, drafting replies and tracking the metrics that matter.
Our story
Built around needs on the ground
The project started by seeing the same difficulties in garages, salons, restaurants and practices. Customers were happy, but reviews came in irregularly and replies fell behind.
So we built a flow that asks very little of you day to day. Campaigns can be prepared in a few steps, follow-ups stop once a customer responds, and important feedback stays visible until it is resolved.
The product then grew around the same goal: bringing review collection, replies, the widget, social content and reputation tracking together without turning you into a marketing specialist.
Revunario keeps evolving with the needs of local businesses: working as a team, running several locations, adding integrations and comparing yourself locally.
Our values
The principles that guide the product
Simple choices you will find again in the features, the pricing and the roadmap.
Honest review collection
The review request goes to every selected customer, with no filtering based on how happy they are and no reward in exchange for a review.
Quick to pick up
Every screen has to stay clear to someone who does not use marketing tools day to day.
Features that are actually useful
We favor the actions that save time: preparing a campaign, following a piece of feedback, replying to a review or making sense of a metric.
Respect for customers
Our forms and messages provide for consent, unsubscribing and reasonable sending hours.
A clear roadmap
Features that are available, in progress or simply planned are clearly separated on the public roadmap.

Private feedback complements the public review. It is not there to stop an unhappy customer from sharing their experience.
